You can yes. They can all be booked on their own with a €75 deposit and then the balance due 7 days before the party. We will also organise a venue and include VIP Nightclub entry.

At the moment payments are through Bank Transfer or Revolut. In your party pack you will get all the information. We will have an online system coming by the end of the year.

Deposits on all Irish packages is €50pp and to confirm your booking it is a 2 person payment (€100). The rest of the group pay at a later date

We unfortunately cant. We give all parties 14 days to confirm their party and then we can notify suppliers if we are going ahead or not.

Of course. This is no problem with exception on Bank Holiday weekends. Most of the suppliers are a strict 2 night stay but we can work around this if needed

Yes they can join you but if they haven't booked in as part of your group then we cant guarantee they will be seated beside you and they wont be included for reserved areas etc. We can only include the guests who have actually paid and booked with us

We dont give out our suppliers information unless we have a confirmed booking. We are not a directory service and if you need the best places to go then google is your best bet

Check our cancellation poilicies in your party pack to see if your within a cancellation date. Most times we can issue refunds but this does depend on suppliers policies also and the time given for a cancellation

You can of course. All our packages can be used for group weekends away, birthdays, family breaks or even work trips! We cater for it all

That is no problem at all but alot of the locations book out with 6-8 months ahead so leaving it late will leave you with the more expensive options and also limited choice on times and activites aswell.

That can happen as places will quote different prices but also check what is included in your package. If you got quoted for a hostel and we quote a hotel there will be a difference. If you can give us the exact package contents we will check again for you

You can indeed. We make up the packages for each aera to include the best of what they offer but if something is there you prefer not to use we can change it. We want the packages perfect for you

With numbers we always say not to worry to much at the beginning, this will change alot! Once you have an idea on numbers just book that amount in and we can change that as we go along. Include anyone who is a maybe!

Absoutely! All intorlenances and requirements are catered for. We will ask you the week previous anyhow just to be sure but your restaurant will be notified
